Central Oregon Writers Guild presents the top 10 winners of our annual Harvest Writing Contest in a showcase event October 24 where each winner will be recognized for his or her outstanding achievement. Winners will read their winning entry during this evening of celebration and will also be published in the 2015 Harvest Writing Contest Winners Collection book.
The evening’s activities will include:
• For the first time, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Silent Auction fundraiser. Tables with various exciting items will be set up for bidding. Silent Auction winners will be announced at the end of the evening.
• Works by COWG member authors will be on display and for sale during the event.
• A no-host bar, will be available, as well as complimentary water, tea, coffee and light snack food.
• COWG Winners Collection books from previous years will be available for purchase.
