On Saturday, August 13th at 5pm, Bend Bikes will hold a small celebration in honor of the
addition of a newly minted protected bike lane on NW Wall Street, just off downtown Bend.

The fun starts with a tour of 8 bridges that cross Bend’s crown jewel, the Deschutes River, for what we
call the Bike the Bridges Ride. Most of the family-friendly eight mile route will be on paved trails with an additional four miles for more advanced riders.

The ride begins and ends at The Gear Fix on SW Industrial Way. Be sure to stick around after the ride
for complimentary beer and snacks courtesy of The Gear Fix.
