Join us to celebrate the magic of color through art and science. Learn how the serendipitous discovery of YInMn blue pigment has illuminated our world in innumerable ways while expanding the canvas of human creativity. The day offers a series of collaborative events for all ages.

8:00 – 9:00 a.m. COFFEE and light breakfast
8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. – LAB TOURS: See where and how YInMn blue was discovered (space is limited). Sign up with preferred time via email: science@oregonstate.edu
9:00-10:30 a.m. PANEL DISCUSSION: Experts from Oregon State, Harvard University Forbes Pigment Collection, Nike, The Shepherd Color Company, HGTV Design Star and a special guest with a surprise announcement you won’t want to miss!
9 a.m. – Noon. ART EXHIBIT features works by students and professionals using YInMn blue
10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. COMMUNITY WALL MURAL: A coloring event for kids of all ages
