This award-winning film is a story of fly fishing, saving a river, and preserving a culture. The film’s executive producer, Bart Bonime (he’s also the Director of Fishing for Patagonia, Inc.), will be speaking at the event. Bart is a Central Oregon home boy; he grew up fishing on the Deschutes and Fall Rivers.

An old gaucho’s tale inspired three anglers to head to Argentina in an attempt to catch a new world-record brook trout – fontinalis. But the water, landscape, and the culture surrounding it, ultimately led them on a mission to conserve and protect it all.
