Appetizer: Grilled Juniper Chicken Satay with Minted Quinoa

2nd Course

Salad: Roasted Red and Golden Beets Tossed with Sweet Potatoes, Candied Pecans and a Cranberry Vinaigrette. Served over fresh Spinach. Topped with Chevre Goat Cheese.

Beer: Pumpkin Ale

3rd Course

Entree: Tenderloin of Beef Topped with a Fresh Oregon Dungeness Crab Cake, Portobello Mushrooms and Béarnaise Sauce. Served over a nest of garlic herb Angel Hair Pasta with Grilled Asparagus.

Beer: Hop Wrangler Fresh Hop Red

4th Course

 Dessert: Apple, Pear and Almond Strudel with Caramel Sauce
