Fireside Concerts at the Sunriver Resort Great Hall

Pianist, composer and recording artist Michael Allen Harrison returns to Sunriver on Saturday, November 19 to perform a holiday program at the historic Great Hall at the Sunriver Resort.

Singer Julianne Johnson will join Michael for the annual Bach n’ Brew Concert.  The concert begins at 7:30pm and will include tasty beer provided by Silver Moon Brewery, holiday songs and Michael’s original compositions.

Portland-based Harrison is known for his piano solo performances and recordings, his upbeat sound with his band, his work with inspiring vocalist Julianne Johnson, his skills producing and creating music for ballet, theatre and film, his love for teaching and perhaps mostly known for his giving spirit. He was honored with a star on the walk of fame in front of the Portland Performing Arts Center for his artistic and community contributions to his beloved city of Portland Oregon.

On Sunday, December 18 at 7:30pm, the TangleTown Trio featuring Central Oregon¹s own mezzo-soprano Sarah Mattox will present their Home for the Holidays Concert in the Great Hall.  This festive holiday concert is part of the annual Sunriver Resort¹s Traditions that runs from Thanksgiving to January 1st each year.

The Sunday, December 18th concert will include traditional Christmas music and the trio¹s original compositions.

Jazz saxophonist, Patrick Lamb, will bring his band from Portland to perform at the Valentine¹s Day Dinner and Concert on Tuesday, February 14 at the Great Hall.  The evening begins at 6pm and will include a delicious three-course dinner prepared Sunriver Resort chefs with wine followed by a full concert of romantic music and dance tunes.

Concert tickets are now on sale and can be purchased from the Sunriver Music Festival Ticket Office. 541-593-9310 or www.sunrivermusic.org.
