Art in the Circles: All Paths Lead to Art in Sunriver
All Sunriver bike paths (and roads) lead to Art on Saturday, May 9. A 6.5-mile loop features four Sunriver galleries – located from Circle 1 to Circle 10: At the northernmost point, Nancy McGrath Green Gallery presents Stories of Our Favorite Places: Landscapes From the Heart with works by nine Oregon plein air artists. In the Village, Artists’ Gallery Sunriver features a wide range of media, from paintings and sculptures to ceramics and mixed media pieces by members of the artists collective. The Sunriver Public Safety Building Gallery shows artists Jim Fister and Barb Gonzalez. At the southern end of the loop, Betty Gray Gallery shows works by new artist Rebecca Howland and paintings by Kay and Gordon Baker.
It’s a great way to share some fun with mom on Mother’s Day weekend — whether you bike, walk or drive.
