Art Talk with Bob Nugent

Join us in the A6 Gallery this Friday for a special Art Talk with visiting artist Bob Nugent. Nugent will discuss his personal approach to capturing the essence of the Amazon. Nugent gathers pictures, makes small sketches, and takes copious notes, which he pours over after returning home to his studio.

“I record not only what I see, but what I know to be true about the place…which I feel is much more important than getting it right visually.”
