EDCO and Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend are teaming up to host the first annual The Civil War Rally and Auction at the Riverhouse Convention Center in Bend. This spirited rally will support BGCB’s youth development programs as well as Central Oregon’s long-term economic prosperity.
