Come join the fun at the grand opening of The Marina at Deschutes Brewery at the corner of SW Columbia and Shevlin Hixon Drive from noon to 9 pm. The Marina was created and built by Deschutes Brewery employees as a community gathering spot before and after floating the river, bike riding, strolling or any other activities people enjoy in the area. There is no entry fee for this family- and dog-friendly event. Come enjoy food and drink carts, music and games on a sandy beach and lounge on boats, chairs and floats. Live music will be provided by local artists, Eric Leadbetter and steel drum player, Dave Holmes. The Marina will remain open through September.
