The Pacific lamprey is an ancient, eel-like fish that holds enormous cultural and ecological importance. However, a variety of pressures have caused it to decline dramatically in both range and number. It is now listed as a Species of Concern. Join Matthew Fox, fish biologist formerly with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, for insight into this prehistoric species and its conservation.
