A continuing series where you will learn new routines, how to heal your own body and most importantly, relax and protect your energy. Each class focuses on specific routines and techniques, which change over the course of each series. Qigong routines are slow and light, always with modifications or even with some challenges if needed. Our sitting meditation acts as a healing meditation with very subtle to no movement. All are welcome.
