The Spring Equinox marks the transition to longer days, more light, and new growth! To support and celebrate this auspicious season, please join the Hanai Foundation in collaboration with Angie Norwood of Continuum Yoga and Tanya Hughes of Amulette Studios for a fun and informative community workshop that blends principles of yoga, massage, ayurveda, and herbalism. We’ll stoke the inner fire with yoga, learn massage to help digestion, and share a traditional ayurvedic meal of kitchari.
You will leave this invigorating experience with a sample of massage oil from Amulette Studios as well as Angie’s kitchari recipe to further support your practice and wellbeing.
