Summit High School Theatre Department presents The Grapes of Wrath: a beautiful adaptation of John Steinbeck’s classic tale which follows the Joad family, as they struggle to stay together through drought, economic hardship and loss on their desperate journey west to find food, work and hope for a future in the presence of a bleak world during The Great Depression. A moving tale of the indomitability of the human spirit and a valuable reminder of the very realistic circumstances many Americans still find themselves in today.
