Something to Wine About® Wine Comedy Show-Guest Speaker Laurie Forster

12:30-1:30pm

$20.00/per person

Something to Wine About is an original comedy show & wine tasting that includes on-stage audience participation. During the show, Forster leaves no stone unturned when it comes to talking about wine and why we like it. Maybe you love the full body of a Malbec or the crisp acidity of a Pinot Grigio. Who knows? Who cares? But by the end of this show three things are certain. You are confident about what you like and exhausted from laughing.

Honey Don’t

12:30-2:00pm

Honey Don’t is the musical union of Bill Powers and Shelley Gray, perhaps better known as one-half of the Paonia, Colorado based old-time bluegrass band, Sweet Sunny South. They’ve been making music together for well over a decade and like a fine wine or exceptional bourbon, the best of their qualities have naturally distilled into a truly unique vibe with a certain sound and feel that has developed into a trademark.

Whether it’s a sweet love song, a tribute to veterans, or a rocking boogie-woogie number, their music is always delivered in a comfortable casual way that pulls the listener in and has them hanging on every word.

Yvonne Ramage

3:00-5:00pm

Yvonne Ramage is an acoustic solo artist (guitar/vocals), who has performed her original music both nationally and internationally. Her sound is a polished, funky-folky mix of up-beat sounds, described as a powerful expression between neo-soul, world, folk and pop. Her lyrical depth and magnetic vocals lay the smooth and inviting groundwork for her well-crafted songs. The result is an evening that leaves you with bounce in your step and hope in your heart.
