Using findings from top peer-reviewed research, this course explains which foods are the very best for reducing stress naturally and shows how to use those foods to get the greatest anti-stress benefits. Since stress often manifests in skin problems, ways to use foods to improve skin will be discussed. Recipes incorporating stress-fighting foods and skin treatments will be presented and sampled. The class will be taught by James Beard Book Award nominated author, Michelle Lee.
