The Central Oregon Rock Collectors (CORC) are a fairly young club whose members are interested in collecting rocks, fossils and minerals, and learning about the geologic and mineral heritage of Central Oregon. They hold monthly meetings from March through November, except August (meeting replaced by a picnic). They also conduct monthly field trips. CORG members have a wide range of interests, that include collecting minerals and fossils, jewelry making and study of local geology.
