The Auberge Resorts Guest Chef Series at Pronghorn Continues

Chef Carter’s style compliments the region’s tradition and is evidenced with his modern twist on Southern American-style cuisine at the signature River House. Chef Carter has planned a marvelous dinner menu reminiscent of his resort’s fine southern dining reputation. His Cooking Demo and Reception will demonstrate and share the preparation of some of the South’s classics.
