Uncorked Sunriver Style, a two-day showcase of wines, food, live music and classes will take place Friday and Saturday, September 16-17 at the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), 57250 Overlook Road.
More than a dozen Oregon wineries will be on hand serving samples and selling wine by the glass, bottle and case. There will also be chocolate and cheese vendors offering tastes and sales of locally made products.
New this year are free wine and cheese pairing classes. The class will explorehow cheeses complement and contrast with various wines. Classes will take place at 4pm. Friday and 1pm and 4pm Saturday. Seating is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Musical entertainment will be provided by regional favorites The Pearls (5 p.m. Friday), Lance Kinnaird (12:30 p.m. Saturday) and O’Sister (3:30 p.m. Saturday) in the outdoor John Gray Amphitheater.
Uncorked admission is $15 per person, which includes Friday and Saturday attendance, stemless event wine glass, classes and one tasting token. Non-drinking entry is available for $5 per day and includes the musical entertainment.
